What is your shipping policy ?

DOMESTIC

BrushPak, Inc. currently ships via the U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail® system.  With Priority Mail® Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days, depending on where your package starts and where it’s going. USPS delivers Priority Mail® 7 days a week in most locations. Packaging and handling generally takes 1 day or less ensuring your order will be received in 2-5 business days in most cases.

INTERNATIONAL

BrushPak, Inc. does not currently ship outside of the United States. Check back at a later date as we plan to begin shipping Internationally soon.


Are your toothbrushes recyclable ?

Our toothbrush handles are made of polypropylene (a common plastic) and straw. The toothbrushes are partially biodegradable and are designed to break into pieces over time when exposed to environmental factors. Polypropylene is recyclable in some jurisdictions. Check with your local recycler for more info. Our toothbrush bristles are currently made of non-recyclable nylon and need to be disposed of with the rest of your landfill waste. We are currently working on more sustainable methods for our products. Please stay tuned.

Do your toothbrushes require toothpaste ?

BrushPak Brand toothbrushes and mini-toothbrushes are not prepasted. We believe the best toothbrushing experience is one in which the customer can select their own favorite toothpaste brand and flavor. See the “How to brush your teeth” section of this website for tips on using toothpaste and stay tuned for BrushPak Brand’s launch of our own toothpaste brand and innovative toothpaste products in the near future.

How do I order wholesale?

To inquire about a wholesale account please send an email with your contact information to info@brushpak.com. A member of our sales team will contact you within 24 hours. We also offer wholesale pricing to hotels, restaurants and other business entities on bulk purchases.

Return Policy

BrushPak, Inc. accepts returns for a full refund within 30 days of purchase provided that the package security seal has not been breached, all product is returned unused and the packaging is completely intact. All shipping costs on return items is the responsibility of the customer. For issues with product or packaging quality please contact us as soon as you receive the product at info@brushpak.com.
